The inflation-adjusted limits for contributions to health savings accounts have been announced by the IRS.
A single taxpayer in 2018 can contribute up to $3,450 (which is an increase of $50 from 2017). For a family, the limit is $6,900 (an increase of $150 from 2017). The out-of-pocket maximum is $6,650 for single coverage and $13,300 for family coverage (increases of $100 and $200 respectively).
